“Had an amazing evening at JOEY King Street West in downtown Toronto. The ambience is fantastic, stylish, lively, and perfect for a night out. The overall vibe of the place really stands out, and the drinks were excellent. What truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Magnus. He was simply awesome. Super attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. Service like that really elevates the entire experience. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and outstanding service. Huge shoutout to Magnus for making our night memorable. “I visited Joey for a birthday celebration last week, and out of all the Joey locations I’ve been to in the city, this has to be the most gorgeous — and surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night! Our server was amazing, giving our group full attention and helping with our order, especially since one of the guests has an egg allergy. The only downside was the Charcuterie Board — for the price, I expected it to be a bit fuller. It could have included more items in my opinion. Other than that, the food was amazing and the drinks were absolutely delightful. I would definitely return for dinner or even just cocktails.”
“Joey's King Street offers luxury at mid tier pricing. Upon entering the venue, you will see soaring ceilings, upscale decor. They offered us free bubbly upon entry. I ordered the Seafood Linguine and Steak combo. It was delightful in flavour and the steak was perfectly cooked. The server was attentive to our group of 8 and had a positive experience. They also offered a free dessert as we were celebrating onboarding a new team member. If you are looking for an exceptional service experience, you found the right restaurant!”
“Kate was great!! She was authentic, personable and interactive. Most of all, she was great at her job! Her check ins were perfectly timed, she engaged in memorable conversation, got our orders right and seemed to enjoy what she her role. I’ve been to a few JOEY locations so decided to tear my friends to dinner their last night in town. This location stood out and resulted in a memorable end to their trip. The atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and elegant. The food was amazing as always! The lobster spaghetti is superb! Other good choices include the tuna poke bowl & crab dip. Still working my way through the menu!”
“I would give a higher rating if I could. Celebrated my birthday there with two friends on Jan 24th and I am so happy I selected this location. Our server, Jamal was phenomenal! “Extremely flavorful food, everything was very delicious. I had the Ravioli Bianco, a pasta with a buttery lemon sauce simply divine. For dessert, I ordered a Lava Cake, which was also very good. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant, and the restrooms are clean. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it”

Caulin was patient with us as we scanned the menu and severally still didn’t identify what to eat. He came through with his best suggestions and true to his word, when the food arrived we were all so happy and overjoyed with the selection. He also helped with choosing a good bottle of wine and dessert in short, we let him curate our experience and to say the least, we are so impressed. Service was great, food arrived promptly and was delicious, the ambience was amazing, lighting is calm and not loud and it’s a great experience for us. Thank you for showing us what good customer service is. We can’t wait to return again.”
“My daughter and I had the best evening at Joey’s on King’s. The atmosphere is trendy and pleasant. Our dinner was delicious. I would recommend swapping out actual prawns for the salad shrimp on the ravioli, otherwise the evening was beautiful. The best part of our light was our service provided by Sammy. She was slammed, yet always attentive and thoughtful. She made my teenage daughter feel so welcomed and cared for, even when a special request was asked. I would recommend Joey’s to anyone simply based on her service. The delicious food, of course, is always a bonus. Thank you for a great evening out with my daughter.”

Spent $100 all in all (a good amount of that was probably alcohol) but I’d say it was actually worth it with how good the food and drinks are. 10/10 would recommend. “Had my birthday last night here and the food was amazing 10/10. I had the New York strip with the amazing crispy mash potatoes (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and the Hibachi wings as the appetizer. Last but not least we had amazing, beautiful, and very attentive server named Jennaiya she was very kind a paid attention to detail, she definitely made the night more enjoyable. And thank you again to her for getting a little birthday cheesecake 💕💕👌🏾”

Food was definitely expensive. $10 for bottled sparkling water. Very nice sparkling water but still $10. The menu was standard - but you don't come to Joey's for anything exploratory - you come for the consistency. All in all, I loved the interior design.”

She was all smiles and even offered fries when we had to wait for a little more time for one of our appetizers. She always checked on us and was always ready for any of our requests. Food was really delicious. I had the ravioli and it was perfect! The ambiance of the restaurant was also great! Me and my friend talked about the place and encouraged each other to be back and try other items in the menu next time.”

The sushi cones, Truffle Udon Carbonara, and Blackened Chicken were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was just perfect and beautiful, making the entire evening feel so special. Jaz was so personable and truly one of a kind, seriously a wonderful server and person, she is definitely a keeper and needs to be recognized for her perfect service. She took care of my mom and I from start to finish with such genuine kindness and friendliness, made excellent food and drink recommendations, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and was so accommodating when we needed to finish and be billed out by a certain time, something we really appreciated. The sushi cones, Truffle Udon Carbonara, and Blackened Chicken were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was just perfect and beautiful, making the entire evening feel so special. Jaz was so personable and truly one of a kind, seriously a wonderful server and person, she is definitely a keeper and needs to be recognized for her perfect service. A huge thank you to Jaz as well for surprising us with a dessert for our special occasion, it was truly the cherry on top of an already amazing dining experience.
